Party Chicken
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
I originally pulled a variation of this recipe off the web a few years ago. Not only is this super delicious chicken dish super simple to make, but it can be easily scaled to feed from 4 to 40! Your guests will think you spent hours slaving in the kitchen for them! Shhhh, I won’t tell!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- ½ cup teriyaki basting sauce
- ½ cup Ranch-style salad dressing
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 ounces bacon bits
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and sauté 4 to 5 minutes each side until lightly browned
- Place browned chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce and then spoon on Ranch salad dressing. Sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped green onions and bacon bits over entire dish
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
- Garnish with parsley and serve
