Party Chicken

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 45 minutes

I originally pulled a variation of this recipe off the web a few years ago. Not only is this super delicious chicken dish super simple to make, but it can be easily scaled to feed from 4 to 40! Your guests will think you spent hours slaving in the kitchen for them! Shhhh, I won’t tell!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup teriyaki basting sauce
  • ½ cup Ranch-style salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 ounces bacon bits
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and sauté 4 to 5 minutes each side until lightly browned
  3. Place browned chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce and then spoon on Ranch salad dressing. Sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped green onions and bacon bits over entire dish
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve
